If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return any unused merchandise with the original hangtags attached within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with a prompt refund.

Please note the following guidelines for returns or exchanging:

  • RMA Number
    All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA)number. Please contact us to request an RMA number and attach it on the outside of the shipping carton. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
  • Unused Merchandise
    The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached. It should be in its original packaging and free from any signs of tear, or damage.
  • Damages in Transit, Defective Items, Missing Items
    We take utmost care in packing and shipping your orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive goods that are damaged in transit, defective, or if you believe an item is missing, please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

     

    If you notice any issues, you must report it to our Customer Service Center at info@ubizfloral.com within three business days from the date of receipt. It is important to retain the product, packaging, and shipping carton, along with all the padding inside, for inspection.

    Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, depending on the situation. If it is determined that the issue is due to the shipper, Ubizfloral, or our manufacturing partners, you will receive a refund or a replacement product at no cost to you.

    Please note that it is imperative to keep all the original packaging intact until your damage return is resolved. This is necessary for proper inspection and resolution of the issue.

    We value your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues related to damages in transit, defective items, or missing items.   • Timeframe
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Any returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within one week business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, and it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Return Shipping Cost
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Exclusions
    Returns and exchanges are not available for these items, custom order or personalized products, clearance items or flower wall items.

  • Order Cancellation
    1.  Apply to cancel order within 3 hours of purchase
    You may cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase; we will deduct the order transaction fee and refund the amount to your payment method. Please keep in mind that the transaction fee is levied by the credit card provider, PayPal, Klarna, and so on.

    2.  Orders cannot be canceled if they are more than 3 hours
    Once your order is placed, we immediately begin processing it; all staff members become involved, from the workshop to the shipping department, from obtaining orders’ products materials to booking your order shipment; none of these procedures are reversible.

  • Canceling or Returning an Order with PayPal or Credit Card as the Payment Method
    Neither PayPal nor Credit Card refund the 4% fee that they charge for using their services when an order is returned and refunded or canceled and refunded. We will deduct the fees that we are charged for the transaction from the refund.
