• Log wholesale account
1. Please ensure that the account you are using is approved from ubizfloral.com
2. Retail customer account is only acceptable to log, but not able to see wholesale price, need to apply for wholesale account.
3. Account password lost? Please click “Forget my password”，an E-mail sent from info@ubizfloral.com to remind you reset your password.
4. Account permissions and close, if you require to downgrade wholesale account to retail account, or no longer use your account, please send email to info@ubizfloral.com with messages of “downgrade wholesale account to retail account” or “close my account”, ubizfloral will change the permissions or delete your information.

⦁ Wholesale products and prices
1. Browse and search products
1.1 Free and randomly browse products online，
1.2 Fast search products, fill a specific item number in the search box on the website top bar, ubizfloral defines every product with a unique SKU number.
1.3 Through our marketing articles (e-mail/blog/social media), you can also click links to arrive product pages.

2. Product price
2.1 Quantity-based Discount
2.1.1 By default, the wholesale price table is displaying on each product page，in the table, on the left column is quantity line, the right side column is price line, the higher quantity number goes, the lower price comes along with, therefore, we encourage you to purchase bulk products to get more discounts. Please follow the requirement of each product MOQ (minimum order quantity) set, the wholesale price will be activated only after the MOQ is satisfied, otherwise, the price will be directly going to retail price, it does not make sense to the wholesale account.

Example of Wholesale Product with Quantity-based discount, for this product, the retail price $4.7/pc, the wholesale price start from $4.5/pc, among the wholesale price table, we ask MOQ (minimum purchase quantity) 50 pieces to apply for $4.14/pc, so only after you fill 50 in the quantity check box, the wholesale price will be activated.

2.1.2 Product with variations (size, color etc.), the product MOQ is set from two different conditions. MOQ-A, sum of all variations for one product; MOQ-B, sum of each variation for one product, check two examples from below,

For this product, it has different variations of sizes, so we ask Minimum order quantity 10 pieces of any variation combination, Qty of Height 11” + Height 13.8” + Height 17” >=10 pieces, then the wholesale price $24.61 will be activated.

B, Same product, in this case, we ask minimum order quantity 2 pieces for Whichever variation of size, the wholesale price will be activated, Whichever variation quantity up to 10 pieces.

2.2 Percentage-based Discounts
For this mode, the wholesale price is displaying directly after discount set, without limitation of MOQ.

⦁ Wholesale Shipping rate and courier
1. Ubizfloral defined three different shipping rates according to wholesale orders amount difference. Please note, the rate is calculated from couriers’ contracts. When order is over $1000, the shipping will be free. We also provide expedited shipping ways to ensure the parcel to reach you on time.

2. Ubizfloral chooses reasonable packing and shipping route according to specific order.
